Reading Tutoring

Reading involves a complex set of skills. Most often only one or two of these skills is interfering with a child's ability to demonstrate reading proficiency. A child seldom struggles with the entire set. We will tailor a program that focuses on the skills in which your child needs help. This saves you time and money... and brings your youngster to his or her potential as quickly as possible.

Math Tutoring

Regardless of course level, success in math involves some basic knowledge and basic skills. Our pre-assessment of your child's needs lets us concentrate on the basics when that is needed; and guides us to work on weaknesses in specific math content when that's the issue.

Test Preparation:
FCAT, SAT, ACT, GMAT and others

When students feel more comfortable in testing situations, they perform better. Our test preparation familiarizes your child with the examination format as well as the subject matter. Practice makes perfect -- so students who prep for standardized examinations will score higher.

 

Tutoring in Specific Subjects

Sometimes a student who has good basic skills will struggle with a specific subject. I Can Do It!  has a roster of experts in virtually every subject who can help your student succeed in even the most challenging courses.

At I Can Do It!, we want our students to become independent learners... spending as little time as possible in our programs. To that end, we include study skills in every child's tutoring program.

 

Basic Organizational Skills

School becomes increasingly complex and demanding as children progress. Youngsters who learn basic organizing skills, such as time management, are able to master the process, rather than becoming overwhelmed by the demand.
